TAC offers a broad range of employment, habilitational, health and community services for individuals with mental retardation or other substantial developmental disabilities.

Organizational employment services are designed to provide paid work to individuals.

• Facility-based Employment offers paid employment and a support work environment that allows individuals to learn and refine competitive work skills in a variety of assembly, inspection, packaging and collating tasks.
• Community Employment places individuals in paid employment within the community. Opportunities for both paid and unpaid work experience help participants to develop job skills and work maturity which lead to greater inclusion in the community.
