Imagine my surprise when I ran into Heather and her dad at Rotary Club this week! She and dad helped The Riding Center of Yellow Springs present on their therapeutic riding program. Heather has participated in this program for a number of years both through her involvement with TAC and weekend sessions. TAC has proudly partnered with the Riding Center for 3 decades.

TAC Press Release – Cash Connection Raffle

Are you feeling lucky? TAC – The Abilities Connection (also known as TAC Industries) has launched a new fundraising effort called the Cash Connection Raffle. Proceeds from the raffle will go to help purchase a community inclusion vehicle to transport people with developmental disabilities. “It is similar to the old American Dream Raffle in that cash is the only prize,” said CEO Mary Brandstetter. “And the odds of winning are very good,” she added. Only 500 tickets are available at $25 per ticket.

TAC Press Release – Open House

TAC – The Abilities Connection (also known as TAC Industries) will hold an open house event Thursday, March 30 from 8 am – 11 am. The main facility at 2160 Old Selma Road and the cargo repair facility at 1535 Progress Drive will be open to friends, family, and community members. Staff will be on hand to give tours and share information. TAC – The Abilities Connection is Clark County’s leading mission-based organization that employs, connects, and cares for people with disabilities in community settings of their choice.
