People with disabilities are twice as likely to be unemployed as people without, and often face discrimination, isolation, and an unwillingness of employers to adapt to their needs. At The Abilities Connection (TAC), we break down stereotypes and create workspaces where everyone can unapologetically be themselves.

Through vocational employment within our facilities, team members will learn effective work habits, behaviors, and skills in supportive work environments while performing a variety of assembly, inspection, packaging, and collating tasks.

Our vocational training services are designed to teach and reinforce concepts related to work, including:

  • Responsibility
  • Attendance
  • Task completion
  • Problem solving
  • Social interaction
  • Motor skill development
  • Safety
