Meet Doug Piper
Doug Piper joined the TAC family in 2015 as a Habilitation Specialist. His passion for helping others brought him into the field and has enabled him to have a career doing something he truly loves. The time he spent studying at Wright State University led him to earning a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and developing a strong understanding of the challenges faced by people of all different walks of life.
Outside of work, Doug enjoys playing the drums, spending time with his family, and competing in Olympic weightlifting. Having won numerous medals and ultimately reaching the national stage in the sport of Olympic weightlifting, he knows that with motivation, hard work and a strong support network it’s possible to achieve things that most think are unattainable. This is the lesson and encouragement he hopes to pass on to others – especially to those who have often been told they can’t do something.
